This Course is a combination of video modules you watch on your own time, and 4 Live Zoom Sessions that last about an hour. This lessens your time commitment, and maximizes learning efficiency.
On days with more than one option, you attend ONE session each day
There are also Recordings and Makeup Sessions if you can't make the live session.
